Tom Batongさんより

Dear Rev. Yasuhiro Tateno (Exec. Director), and members of the JELC:

In the aftermath of the great earthquake and the disaster wrought by the tsunami that followed, we saw and read in the news of the magnitude of the catastropheresulting in the loss of thousands of lives, the injured, and the destruction of infrastructure and properties. We therefore join you in solidarity as we pray for you and your church as well as the people of Japan over this tragic incident. May God strengthen you and comfort those families and relatives of those who perished. By God's grace you will overcome this difficulty, and may He give you all the strength, patience, and guide you as you deal with thesurvivors and their needs.

Perhaps Rev. Asano is back now from his meeting in Kuala Lumpur.
I met  Mr. John Plagens in church yesterday, who said he left Tokyo the day before the earthquake. He said his apartment or house where he stays is OK but his things were down and scattered due to the earthquake. We pray things are well
with Dr. Eto and Dr. Kiyoshige at the colleges and the seminary.

Take care, God loves you.

your friend in Christ,
Tom Batong
